St. Louis Vocal Project is proud to have the following quartets associated with our chorus. We endorse all of them as excellent singers and entertainers, suitable for any occasion...
Violet Sky formed in 2022 with Sam, CoCo, Susie, and Emma Brunner. Bonnie joined us in January 2025, replacing Emma as our lead. We like to sing various kinds of music, including jazz, pop, Broadway, Disney, and traditional songs. When we're not singing, we manage to squeeze in some other activities. Two of us are retired. Two of us are data geeks. One is crafty. One is a dog whisperer. Two of us are grandmothers, but all four of us have experience in managing small children. One of us (Bonnie) is an assistant director for two choruses, because she just can't get enough barbershop! We would love to sing for you.
Great Day formed in 1999 - Yes, 25 years ago. The original tenor was Wendy Ahlgrim Bellandi. Lora Wright joined the group several years ago. The original four were 1999 Regional champions of Sweet Adelines and the 2015 Area 4 Champions. The group went on to place third at the International Convention and Contest in St. John, New Brunswick. Right now the group is "resting", but you never know when they will get back up on that stage!
