Office Bearers

The chorus parliamentarian is a position required by the Harmony Inc bylaws. This person makes sure the chorus observes the bylaws and standing rules, and reminds the officers and committee chairs to prepare for upcoming events such as contests and annual elections. She has been a member long enough to be aware of the annual cycle of events and to be familiar with the rules and standard practices of the chorus. She is not a member of the executive committee, but she attends executive committee meetings to answer questions and provide advice regarding the rules.

The Assistant Membership Chair greets and processes new guests at rehearsal if the Membership Chair is absent.  She sends the guest a followup email the next day.

The Finance Chair is typically held by the Treasurer.

The Competition Coordinator is appointed by the President to organize chorus participation in a specific Area or International Competition.
